MAG DEPARTMENT

This workhorse department provides quick turnarounds and impeccable flaw detection on thousands of parts everyday. On jobs requiring mag only, we provide 24 hour turnaround. Jobs in for multiple processing requiring mag inspect receive the same expedient attention and are moved right into the next process with no lost time sending parts to other approved facilities for this critical operation.

We hold approvals for nearly everyone from Allied to Whittaker and with three mag machines and an overhead hoist we can process parts up to 96 inches and in excess of 200 pounds.
