Our first approval is Goodrich Landing Gear and we are currently pursuing further approvals from many other primes. Please check our website for further updates on new approvals. Embee is now in the final steps of qualifying our High Velocity Oxy-Fuel (HVOF) procedure and application. We will be ready for certification audits in approximately the next 60 days. We are looking forward to serving you in this new capacity. |

Embee has made many strides toward the final implementation of the High Velocity Oxy-Fuel (HVOF) coating. Currently we are in the initial testing phase and should be ready to proceed with approval testing within the next 90 days. We look forward to serving you in this new capacity. In an effort to stay your One-Stop-Shop Embee has recently added Electrochemical Etching to our list of over 70 processes. Take a moment to review the process and please feel free to contact us with any questions.
Electro-marking is a chemical marking or etching with the use of low voltage electrical current. It is recognized as the best way to permanently mark conductive metal surfaces without causing distortion, sharp indentation, stress, burrs or strain.
It is the perfect means of identifying your product with serial numbers, part numbers and your company identification. |
